We will meticulously document processes and requirements which will be taken into consideration when developing the timeline for implementation. A health check is a five-week program which begins with you providing a list of questions, issues and concerns for the ServicePower team to review. Your dedicated ServiceHealth team will then conduct an in-depth review of your current program. Once all of the data is gathered, we will have an in-person or virtual meeting with the team of stakeholders where we will provide a detailed summary of new product features, a written report with recommended program upgrades, and a presentation and discussion for next steps with your team.
